We work one-on-one with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders to translate your vision into the right unit for your space. Whether you’re drawn to a contemporary linear ribbon of fire or a traditional hearth with hand-painted logs, we’ll guide you through the options and help you navigate the technical details.
Creative Design Guidance: While we don’t perform the finish work ourselves (stone, tile, carpentry), we are experts in surround design, material trends, and the technical specifications that make or break a beautiful installation. We’ll help you envision the finished look and can recommend trusted contractors who specialize in high-end fireplace finishes.

Professional Installation
Every fireplace we sell is installed by our own NFI-certified technicians — not subcontractors. We coordinate with your licensed plumber, electrician, and framer to ensure the gas lines, electrical, and structural framing are perfectly prepared, then our team handles the specialized placement, venting, and final commissioning.
Whether it’s a zero-clearance new construction build, a retrofit gas insert into an existing masonry fireplace, a dramatic see-through installation, or an outdoor fire feature — we’ve done it. Most installations are completed in a single day once your site is prepared.

Service & Maintenance
We provide maintenance and service for the units we sell and install. Our technicians are factory-trained on every brand in our lineup and carry common replacement parts to keep your fireplace running safely and efficiently.
Annual Tune-Ups: A professional cleaning and inspection — including the burner, pilot assembly, glass, gaskets, and full operational testing. Most manufacturers recommend annual service to maintain warranty coverage. Best scheduled before heating season.
Diagnostics & Repair: Ignition issues, thermocouples, gas valves, blower motors, remote controls, glass replacement, and log set restoration. Call (848) 467-4360 to schedule.
