Professional Installation
Every fireplace we sell is installed by our own NFI-certified technicians — not subcontractors. We handle gas line connections, venting, framing, electrical, and final commissioning. Whether it’s a zero-clearance new construction build or a retrofit insert into an existing masonry fireplace, we do it right the first time.
We install: Gas fireplaces, electric fireplaces, gas inserts, outdoor fire features, gas log sets, and custom surrounds.

Service & Repair
Fireplace not lighting? Pilot keeps going out? Strange smell or noise? Our technicians diagnose and repair gas, electric, and alternative fuel units — both the brands we sell and units installed by others. We carry common replacement parts and can source OEM components for all 13 brands in our lineup.
Common repairs: Ignition systems, thermocouples, gas valves, blower motors, remote controls, glass replacement, and log set restoration.

Annual Maintenance
Keep your fireplace running safely and efficiently with annual professional maintenance. Our tune-up service includes a full inspection, cleaning of the burner and pilot assembly, glass cleaning, gasket check, and operational testing. Most manufacturers recommend annual service to maintain warranty coverage.
Best scheduled before heating season — book your fall tune-up early.

Custom Surrounds & Finish Work
The fireplace is only part of the picture. We coordinate stone, tile, mantel, and millwork to complete the finished look — working directly with your contractor or our own trusted network of artisans. From modern floating mantels to traditional stone surrounds, we bring the vision together.
Materials: Natural stone, porcelain tile, wood mantels, custom millwork, and metal accents.
